Goal # 3 is to utilize my dental plan at work (i.e., free check ups, cleanings, etc. for this calendar year 2006).
As simple as this sounds, I am not inclined to visit a dentist office unless in great pain or discomfort.
Yeah, not very smart on my part.
Baby steps.........
Step #1 is to find a dentist on my plan (yep, I don't even have a dentist).
Will advise.
